LAMKO 주식회사(브랜드: LUMORA, 이하 "회사")는 개인정보 보호법에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 관련 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립하여 공개합니다.
견적 문의 양식: 성명, 이메일, 소속(회사/기관), 전화번호(선택), 국가, 주소(선택), 문의 내용 및 요청 제품 목록. Lumi 채팅 상담: 대화 내용. 웹사이트 접속 시: IP 주소, 접속 기록 등 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 기술 정보.
견적서 작성 및 발송, 주문 이행과 배송, 문의 응대. 수집된 정보는 마케팅 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
또한 회사는 서비스 개선을 위해 개인을 식별하지 않는 익명 이용 이벤트(어떤 페이지 유형에서 어떤 버튼이 사용되었는지 등)를 기록합니다. 여기에는 이름, 이메일, 자유 입력 텍스트 등 개인정보가 포함되지 않으며, 제3자 광고 · 추적 도구는 사용하지 않습니다.
최종 연락일로부터 3년간 보유 후 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 관련 법령(전자상거래법 등)에서 별도의 보존 기간을 정한 경우 그 기간 동안 보존합니다.
이용자는 개인정보 수집에 동의하지 않을 권리가 있습니다. 다만 동의하지 않을 경우 견적서 발송 및 주문 처리가 불가능합니다.
회사는 서비스 제공을 위하여 아래와 같이 개인정보를 국외 사업자에게 이전(처리 위탁)합니다. 이용자는 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있으며, 이 경우 해당 서비스(견적 발송, 채팅 상담) 이용이 제한됩니다.

이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 요청은 이메일(sales@lumorachemicals.com)로 하실 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다. Lumi 채팅 기록은 요청 시 48시간 이내에 삭제됩니다.

LAMKO Co., Ltd. (brand: LUMORA, "the Company"), Republic of Korea, publishes this personal information processing policy in accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Enquiry form: name, email, organisation, phone (optional), country, address (optional), your message and the requested product list. Lumi chat assistant: conversation contents. Site access: IP address and request metadata needed to deliver and protect the site.
Preparing and sending your quotation, order fulfilment and shipping, and responding to your enquiry. We do not use this information for marketing.
We also record anonymous usage events (which page type, which button) to improve the service. These events contain no personal information, no names, no email addresses and no free text, and we use no third party advertising or tracking tools.
Enquiry data is retained for 3 years from our last contact with you, then deleted without delay by irreversible means, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
You may refuse consent. In that case we cannot prepare or send a quotation.
To operate the service, personal information is transferred to the processors listed below. You may object to the transfer, in which case the related service (quotation emails, chat) cannot be provided.

You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time by emailing sales@lumorachemicals.com. We act without delay. Lumi chat records are deleted within 48 hours of a request.
